These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of My Voice Engine (the "Service"), operated by Super Connector Media on behalf of Jen Gottlieb. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
My Voice Engine is a software service that helps creators install their voice and generate reel ideas, teleprompter scripts, and captions in that voice. The Service is operated by Super Connector Media ("we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at hi@superconnectormedia.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
You can cancel anytime from your account, with no calls and no hoops. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. After cancellation, your created content remains exportable as described in Section 5.
Refunds. Your first payment for a My Voice Engine subscription (monthly or annual) is covered by our 14-day guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment by emailing hi@superconnectormedia.com, we will refund that payment in full. This guarantee applies once per customer.
Refunds end your access to My Voice Engine at the time the refund is issued. Content you created remains available for free export for 90 days following the end of your access.
Payments for subscription renewals are not refundable. Canceling your subscription stops future charges, and you retain access through the end of your current billing period. As a courtesy exception, if a renewal payment is charged and you have not used the service during that billing cycle, you may request a full refund of that renewal within 72 hours of the charge.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refund requests within one business day; your bank determines when funds appear.
You own the inputs you provide — including your voice profile answers, uploaded reference materials, and connected account data — and you own the ideas, scripts, and captions the Service generates for you ("Your Content"). You are responsible for Your Content and for how you use it.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to run generation, to check outputs against your voice profile, and to sync from sources you connect. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
You can export Your Content, and it remains exportable after you cancel. We may retain and delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service itself — including its software, design, and brand — is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to the Service other than the right to use it as permitted here.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, payment, email, AI processing, hosting, and data sync) and may let you connect third-party accounts such as Instagram. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. The processors we use are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Connector Media, Jen Gottlieb, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably need to in order to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
