Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how My Voice Engine (the "Service"), operated by Super Connector Media on behalf of Jen Gottlieb, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Payment information. Billing details you provide at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive subscription status and limited billing metadata, not your full card number.
• Voice profile. The answers and preferences you provide when you install your voice, including beliefs, signature phrases, stories, and banned words.
• Voice recordings. When you use dictation to answer a question, your recording is processed for transcription only and is not stored.
• Uploaded reference documents. Books, newsletters, transcripts, or other materials you upload to the Reference Library.
• Instagram data. If you use Instagram Sync, we collect public data associated with the handle you connect.
• Generated content. The ideas, scripts, and captions the Service creates for you, along with your edits and calendar entries.
• Usage and technical data. Basic log and device information (such as IP address and interactions) used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• To generate ideas, scripts, and captions in your voice and check them against your voice profile;
• To process subscriptions, billing, and account management;
• To send transactional messages and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of;
• To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI processing

Generating content requires sending relevant inputs — such as your voice profile, prompts, and reference material — to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce outputs for you. We share only what is needed to perform the generation you request.

4. Third-party processors

We share information with the service providers below strictly to operate the Service. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and safeguards:

• Stripe. Subscription billing and payment processing. Stripe handles your card details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
• Resend. Transactional email such as sign-in, account, and billing notifications.
• Anthropic. AI processing. Your voice profile, prompts, and relevant reference material are sent to Anthropic's models to generate ideas, scripts, and captions in your voice.
• OpenAI. Voice dictation transcription. When you dictate an answer, the audio recording is sent to OpenAI's transcription API and converted to text. We do not retain the recording, and per OpenAI's API terms it is not used to train their models.
• Apify. Fetching public Instagram data when you use Instagram Sync, so the engine can learn your voice from what you have already posted.
• GoHighLevel. Customer relationship management and marketing communications (for example, product updates you have not opted out of).
• Vercel. Hosting and delivery of the application and related infrastructure and logging.
• Neon. Managed PostgreSQL database that stores your account data and the content you create.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or others. If the business is transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Your created content remains exportable after you cancel. When you request deletion, or after a reasonable period following account closure, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must retain it to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Some providers (such as Stripe for payment records) retain data according to their own requirements.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update much of your information from your account, and you can opt out of marketing email at any time. To make a request, email hi@superconnectormedia.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and we use your browser's local storage for preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we work with reputable processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International processing

We and our processors may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
